This month we share our Focus recipe which uses a combo of 3 oils: 


Lavender is often considered a must-have oil to keep on hand at all times due to its versatile uses, including calming and relaxing properties that promote peaceful sleep and ease feelings of tension.


 Lemon is very uplifting and energizing and has been shown to help improve mood


Records of the use of mint plants for medicinal purposes go all the way back to the times of Ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. It's been used to treat a variety of conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nausea, and other digestive issues, as well as the common cold and headaches.

How to use:

Place one drop of Lavander in the palm of the hand with one drop Lemon and one drop Peppermint and inhale for a mid-day pick-me-up or any time you need to get a bit more focus.
