Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is a style of the practice performed in a studio heated 90 degrees or above.  


This is an energetic class inspired by vinyasa style;  linking the poses while connecting the breath to the movements. As it is a mixed level class many variations of the postures are offered during the class. Meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques) are integrated to the practice. 



Beginner Friendly - All Levels

Hot Yoga Basics is a heated class, which contains the foundation postures of yoga. This class focuses on the breath and alignment, and is perfect for the practitioner who prefers to move slowly in and out of each posture while detoxifying the body creating strength, flexibility and balance for the body and soothing the mind.

Slow Flow Yoga



This is a Vinyasa inspired class with a lower intensity and rhythm yet physically dynamic. By connecting breath with movement and holding the postures the practitioner develops awareness and understanding of the proper alignments.  

We offer both a warm and hot Slow Flow class.

 Strength & Grace

All Levels Welcome

In this warm class we will move through a flow practice integrating your breathe with movement all along building strength and stability.  We start moving and warming up the body with core strengthening mat pilates exercises then transitioning into a vinyasa practice all along building strength and stability.  By strengthening your core it can improve your asana practice, balance, flexibility, physical and mental well being.

Gentle Yoga: Relax, Restore & Renew

In this class, you will find a blend of gentle movement and a restorative/Yin.  You’ll be guided into poses opening areas of the body at a slower pace offer a more relaxing practice.  We use props to support the body allowing you to sink deeper into each pose. This gentle yoga class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. Warm - temp 80 - 85

Yoga Foundations 

Beginners, New to Yoga and All Levels

This is a class specifically  for beginners or for those who want to deepen their awareness of the body and learn proper alignment of the basic yoga postures. In this class you will learn  how to build and deepen your practice  with control and safety. Developing the proper foundations allow the practitioner to take this practice of yoga beyond the shapes and create real changes not only in the body but at other energetic and mental levels.


Meditation is experienced in most of the yoga classes we offer. During our meditation class, there will be some light movement to loosen the body, then you will be guided through breath work and guided meditation.  

Meditative Warm FlowYoga


Meditative Warm Flow is an energetic yet peaceful class integrating a meditative and mindful practice. The first portion of class starts with flow sequences linking movement with the breath. You will then be guided into supported postures promoting relaxation and a peaceful feeling where you leave feeling well-rested and rejuvenated. We emphasize on self-care and knowledge, where variations and modifications are offered allowing for the practitioner to honor their own Practice. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
