Hot Yoga is a style of practice performed in a heated room, usually between 95 to 105 ºF. The class is a flowing sequence where postures are connected with the breath and its intensity can vary depending on the teachers style and level of the class.
HOT YOGA FLOW (MIXED LEVEL)
This is an energetic class inspired by vinyasa style; linking the poses while connecting the breath to the movements. As it is a mixed level class many variations of the postures are offered during the class. Meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques) are integrated to the practice.

Beginner Friendly - All Levels
Hot Yoga Basics is a heated class, which contains the foundation postures of yoga. This class focuses on the breath and alignment, and is perfect for the practitioner who prefers to move slowly in and out of each posture while detoxifying the body creating strength, flexibility and balance for the body and soothing the mind.

This is a Vinyasa inspired class with a lower intensity and rhythm yet physically dynamic. By connecting breath with movement and holding the postures the practitioner develops awareness and understanding of the proper alignments.
We offer both a warm and hot Slow Flow class.

In this warm class we will move through a flow practice integrating your breathe with movement all along building strength and stability. We start moving and warming up the body with core strengthening mat pilates exercises then transitioning into a vinyasa practice all along building strength and stability. By strengthening your core it can improve your asana practice, balance, flexibility, physical and mental well being.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation
Enjoy a class designed to help you feel relaxed and at peace. A combination of special yoga postures performed in a passive way, without creating tension on the muscles and enjoying the natural breath. The restorative postures, combined with guided meditations allow the practitioner to access deep states of relaxation, and through the healing power of Reiki, balancing our energetic channels to create a joyful and calm mind and body.
Beginners, New to Yoga and All Levels
This is a class specifically for beginners or for those who want to deepen their awareness of the body and learn proper alignment of the basic yoga postures. In this class you will learn how to build and deepen your practice with control and safety. Developing the proper foundations allow the practitioner to take this practice of yoga beyond the shapes and create real changes not only in the body but at other energetic and mental levels.
Meditation is experienced in most of the yoga classes we offer. During our meditation class, there will be light movement to loosen the body, then you will be guided through breathe work and a guided meditation.
Warm Hatha Yoga
In this warm 75 minute multi-level Hatha style class, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your personal yoga practice at your own level and pace. You will be guided through a series of yoga poses while focusing on body and breath awareness as you build strength, balance and flexibility. This class is for all levels, a beginner friendly class as well as for the experienced yogi.
