About The Reset Plan

On The Reset Plan you will begin to reset and restore your
body's natural state of balance which will help  gradually
bring on your ideal weight and optimal state of health and
well-being.

The Reset Plan is a dietary program based on removing all
the foods from our diet that are known to cause food
allergies, food sensitivities, and/or cause disruptions in the
digestive process.  When we generate allergic reactions to
foods, our body is using energy that could be used to detox
and repair, or simply contribute to our sense of alertness
and physical strength.  During The Reset Plan you will be
provided a list of foods to include as well as foods to
exclude.  Foods and other items used during The Reset Plan
can be purchased at Wegmans, Whole Foods or any grocery
store that has a "healthy foods" section.  While on The Plan
you will eat a simple and whole foods diet. Many find after a
day or two they feel lighter both physically and mentally.


There are 3 stages to The Reset Plan:

Stage 1 The Preset. This stage is where we begin
to eliminate from our daily diet the foods that are
known allergens, such as caffeine, sugar and
wheat.  This stage can last from 3 - 6 days
depending upon how much of these known
allergens you consume on a regular basis.

Stage 2 The Reset. During this 7 or more day
period you will be eating clean and whole foods
and incorporating nutritious smoothies  into you
daily diet. During this time you will be in detox
mode, which means your body will be shedding
stored toxins. We give you guidelines to follow
and support you every step of the way.

Stage 3 The Afterset This is the stage where you
can begin to slowly incorporate some of your
favorite foods back into your diet, that is if you
have a huge desire.  

Many of you will respond in different ways to my program.
While in the long term most will experience profound
benefits, the first few days may be the hardest.  Breaking
habits is difficult at all levels.  I assure you that once I
reached the 5 day mark I felt lighter, had greater focus and
a ton of energy.  Once you reach the 7 day mark you may
want to keep going since you are feeling so much better.

Note: The medical foods all contain appreciable levels of minerals which may be an issue for those
with kidney disease or on drugs such as anti-hypertensives where elevations in minerals may be an
issue.
