New To Balance?

If you've never taken a yoga or Pilates class we suggest  you
begin with any of the classes designated "Beginners" or
"Basics".  For more information on yoga and  what to expect in
a class at Balance visit the links below.

There is no need to register for class in advance. We do not
accept reservations for classes. All regularly scheduled
classes are on a
first come first served basis. You may
purchase classes on-line or arrive 20 minutes before class
begins in order to register.
Please notice expirations when
you purchase class cards.
In case of medical emergency we
may extend expirations.

We do not accept reservations for classes.
Arriving early to all classes does not guarantee
a space; if class is full we have no choice other
than to ask you to come back at another time.
We will be expanding the studio in Sept to
accommodate all of you.  For your first class at
Balance please arrive 20 minutes before class
begins in order to establish your class card. If
you have purchased classes on-line please stop
by the desk to sign-in.

Cell phones not allowed in studio. Please remove
shoes prior to entering the studio; shoes are to be left
in the space provided
outside the studio door. Do not
leave personal items with your shoes
; there is space
for personal items in the studio. Balance can not be
held responsible for
any personal belongings. Please
leave all unnecessary items in your car.
