| Class Descriptions Beginners Hot Yoga: This class consists of a sequence of Yoga postures designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Between each pose we embrace stillness allowing time for the body to assimilate each pose. The first 3/4 of the class consists of standing postures; second 1/4 of class postures are done on the back, belly or seated. If you enjoy heat and love to sweat this class is for you! Class temp. 100-105 Please bring a large towel, yoga mat and big bottle of water with you. You might like to have a change of clothes as we do sweat a lot in this class. |
